10/20/17. Today has been an awfully busy day. It's amazing how much time it takes to just go home, it's a day trip. Between all the hours on a train and once I finally got home I added another 7 hours to this project. The octo is fully animated going across the screen at this point, except for the moment where he jumps. I had to adjust the animation slightly from the animatic. Instead of having the octo jump several times while going across the screen I have him just jumping once, and he eats the jelly when he lands. It would have taken a lot more time than I have to have the octo jump multiple times plus I was not exactly sure on how to create believable debrees coming up from the sand when the jelly impacts.
