Today in class we did several things, although we were not able to get to everything on the list. Today was critique day for our weekend homework. First we looked at everyones zoetropes, then all of the flipbooks. Once that was all done we went back to our seats to watch videos on McCay's Little Nemo animation, and another about the 12 principles of animation.

While watching the 12 principles of animation I released how each rule makes sense and how the ideas were hiding in the back of my mind. The main thing I learned from this video, that I didn't already have an idea of, was the part about timing. I have never had a chance to do animation until now so I haven't come across the terms of animating on the 2s and 3s.
